Today we started out on some serious working out. It reminds me of circuit training a little. It is a benefit to do this for not only are we getting in shape, but it will loosen us up. After that we paired up as partners and we worked on some more techinques from a punch. On Tuesday, Master Peto is showing us how everything is coming together and be able to worked different techniques. With the added exercise, it is important to stretch more.
