Kent,
Thurs when Phil and I tested you brought to our attention that we were performing step 13 opposite of the way it should be performed. We looked in the manual and where it said counterclockwise you said that was incorrect so we scratched that out and noted "clockwise". But if you compare that step with the next place where a 270 deg. turn is executed it appears that it should be performed counterclockwise in both places because otherwise you end up with the wrong hand and wrong foot forward for the succeeding steps. In other words, step 14 into a down-block left following a right forward punch seems awkward - not to mention that when you rotate 270 clockwise you end up on the wrong foot in order to step into a right forward punch. If you try it you will see exactly what I mean. We just want to make sure that we are ready for the belt test.
Thanks for your help,
Joe Miranda |

I tried it and stand by what I said on Thursday. The first one should be clockwise. The second one remains counterclockwise. See me on Tuesday for a demo. |
